Overbuilt Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Overbuilt is a tower defense game for iPhone, made by Rocket City Lead Co. This policy covers the Overbuilt app. The short version: the game collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it plays fully offline.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not run servers that receive your gameplay, your progress, or your usage. Your game progress, records, settings, and in-game currency live in the game's storage on your phone only, and they are deleted if you uninstall the game. We cannot see how you play, and we could not share or sell your data if we wanted to.
Beta testing through TestFlight
If you received the game through Apple's TestFlight program, Apple may share crash reports with us, and any feedback you choose to send through TestFlight (including screenshots you attach) comes to us so we can fix problems. That is the only way we ever see anything from your device, and it only happens when you send feedback or your system shares a crash report with developers.
Purchases
The beta version's in-game store is a simulation: items are priced and unlocked inside the game, but no real payment is processed and no card is ever charged. When the game releases with real purchases, they will be sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details. This policy will be updated before any version with real purchases ships.
Children
Overbuilt is a general-audience game. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Overbuilt changes how data is handled, for example by adding online leaderboards, advertising, or real purchases, we will update this page and the date at the top before that version ships.
