By using this website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or subscribe.
Our services
Rocket Lead Co. provides lead monitoring for local businesses. We watch public Facebook groups for posts from people asking for your type of service, and we send you the lead along with a ready-to-paste reply, usually within minutes. Depending on your plan, we may also create daily social media posts for your business page and build or maintain a website for you.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to find you good leads, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, or revenue. The number of people asking for your service in local groups varies by trade, season, and area. What we guarantee is described below.
Our guarantee
Our founding membership includes this promise: if our leads do not turn into sales, you do not pay. Here is what that means in practice:
- A "sale" means a paying customer you can reasonably trace back to a lead we sent you.
- If after 60 days of active service you have not closed any sales from our leads, you may request a refund of the membership fees paid during that period.
- To qualify, you must have responded to the leads we sent you in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee results if leads go unanswered.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to rocketcityleadco@gmail.com within 14 days after the 60-day period ends.
Subscription and billing
Membership is billed monthly at the rate agreed when you sign up. Founding members are locked in at $99 per month for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, current rates apply.
Payment is due on your monthly billing date. If payment fails, we will notify you and give you 7 days to update your payment method before pausing service.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing rocketcityleadco@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month. There are no cancellation fees.
What we need from you
To provide the service, we may need you to add our Facebook account as an editor of your business page, or provide photos, business details, and content for posts and your website. Delays in providing these may delay your service start date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services. That includes reselling our lead data to third parties, using leads for unlawful purposes, or attempting to reverse engineer our monitoring methods to circumvent your subscription.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Services provided "as is"
This website and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated here, including the guarantee described above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. If the changes affect your subscription price or the guarantee, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
